While my parents were in town to play with Cole and Henry, Tia and I treated ourselves to pedicures at
Dashing Diva. The salon is in the bottom of her building so we didn't have far to go. Boy, was it a treat! I'd been surrounded by a 4 and 2 year old for 8 days straight with very few, if any, breaks. It was nice to just sit there, enjoy a trashy gossip magazine, finish the book I was reading (
Twilight...I highly recommend it), sip on a Dr. Pepper and just bask in the relaxation.
Tia went with the "Lollipop Purple" shade (for K-State, of course!) and I went with "Black Diamonds". My mom told me it was the trendy nail color for Fall. I don't care much about that, I'm no fashionista, but I thought it contrasted nicely with my stark white skin and even goes well with the upcoming Halloween holiday.

Did they wax your legs too? They look ultra shiny! How many G's do you lay down for a pedi in the big apple?
