We had a Lund-kind of Christmas!

We gathered in Manhattan for our annual Lund family Christmas....6 kids (+ 1 on the way) and 8 adults (Jimmy and Preston couldn't make it). Events included opening gifts, a visit from Rudolph, playing with cousins, cooking (minimally), playing games, bowling (I won, if you can believe it!), watching movies, laughing about past memories, and just hanging out (if you can call it that). If you are a Lund or know anyone in the family very well, you know that we are all about go, go, go!!!!! We never stop going! I'm sure we hit the mall at least daily and ate out at most of our favorite restaurants in Manhattan (not too many to choose from). As one male in the family so eloquently put it a few years back on a trip to Disneyworld that "a Lund vacation isn't a vacation at all....you just never stop going." That pretty much sums up the week's events.

I think we've finally come to the end of our many Christmas gatherings this year! Now we're off to celebrate New Year's! Happy New Year's Eve!
