Today I'm 30, and I'm not going to sport the cute apron my big sis got me for my birthday. Only because I prefer to eat out and not cook on my birthday (and most days).Let's pretend I were to have the best eating day out ever for my 30th birthday, it would go as follows...
Breakfast- ham and cheese kolaches from the Kolache Factory
Lunch- pork tamales with beans and rice at Cafe Rio, with a side of chips and salsa
Dinner- dippin' in fondue at The Melting Pot
Of course all of the above would be accompanied by an ice cold fountain Coke, good friends and pleasant conversation. And if I could fit anymore food inside of me, the evening would be concluded with a Chocolate Cheesecake concrete from Nielsen's.
The dear hubby is in charge of the celebration for tonight. I assigned him that responsibility long ago. I'll update you on what he's come up with tomorrow. I think it has something to do with a ball, 45 degrees and a Pepsi. You can tell he had me in mind when he planned it, huh?
