Puttin' him to work...
We decided that Henry has come of age to be a helper around the house. He truly loves to help, so we thought we would take advantage of that with this nifty job chart that I found the template for online. Nothing is too tough and some of them shouldn't necessarily be "jobs", but it's still a nice little checklist to be sure he does these things throughout the day. We're trying to give him some responsibilities that makes him feel like the big boy around here. The best thing to come out of this since we started it this past weekend is that Henry has allowed me to brush his teeth thoroughly 4 days in a row now (which most of you would know is a true miracle)!!! He just loves to run to the fridge where his job chart is posted and "mark it" off as completed. I think we just may have another "lover of lists" blooming in our house.

LOVE it. nice job.
That is a really cute little chart! Good idea. My kids too love to help . . and I do so good for a while, until I get impatient and do it on my own 'cause I'm in a hurry. My bad.
GREAT job! Where did you find that???
Seriously, he is going to make a great husband some day. I'm glad you are training him early!!!
Cute! I find that charts really motivate kids even if they don't have the "list personality." I find stickers are really good incentives in and of themselves. Esp. when it comes time to potty learn.
Good job!
I love the chart, where did you find that?
GREAT IDEA!! I love how fun the chart is. When Bridger gets a bit bigger, I'll have to have you make me one! You are super mom aren't you!?!
Here's the link to the template...
