I was gone all day Saturday and Saturday night scrapbooking with some friends (more on that to come), so Henry was left with daddy. Preston decided to take down our office to make room for the nursery and to move Henry to his big boy bed! I was almost mad that he went for it so soon but truly glad that I didn't have to be the one to deal with it that first night. Well, 9pm on Saturday night came, and Henry went to bed just like always. I have been so nervous for this huge tranisition, but so far it has been so smooth. Last night we laid him down in his bed at 8:45pm after the usual routine of bath, pjs, books and prayers, and I didn't hear a noise from his room until he was knocking on his door (there is a lock on it) at 8:30am this morning. I am one proud momma!He seems to be pretty proud too...
I just laid him down for his first nap in it and so far, so good! Keep your fingers crossed for us!

Yay for Henry! He looks so cute in his big boy bed. That transition can really suck, so congratulations!!
Oh wow, I am so impressed! I can only hope it goes that smoothly with Ella when we try the transition in the next couple of weeks!

Ben did really well transitioning into a big boy bed but once he was in one he stopped napping so that is great you are still getting naps!!
