My 10 year old niece held "preschool" a few times during our Christmas vacation. She made notes to the parents, had star charts, planned activities and art projects, and even gave out treasure chest prizes. I thought that Henry wouldn't be capable of being schooled with his cousins who are much older than him and have all been to preschool for real, but he lasted a few hours in the basement of my parent's house. I snuck down to see how it was going and all of the kids were sitting perfectly quiet and listening to Makenzie intently. What spell did she cast on them? She's going to make a great teacher one day, just like her mom!
