Today Pam treated me to a bread making lesson. She makes THE most perfect french bread. I only thought you could buy french bread at the store....who out there really bakes it on their own? It's kind of like I never knew that pickles came from cucumbers until just a few years ago (okay, I probably shouldn't have admitted that). Anyways, I'm really no baker, but Pam made bread making seem super easy. I have to say that the actual making of the bread wasn't hard, it was the waiting 2 hours before you can actually stick it in the oven that was hard (that raising is quite the process). It's a long wait for such hot, yummy goodness, but it is so worth it! This stuff is amazing dipped in soup or a great accompaniment with your spaghetti (didn't I tell you all once I'm a huge dipper!?)

Now all I need is an apron and a movie to watch while waiting for bread to rise!
