Our fair share of fun!

We decided to kick off our upcoming Florida vacation with a stop at the Riley County Fair the night before our long drive.

Boy, was that a blast from the past!  When I lived in Manhattan as a youngster I looked forward to that fair all year long!  Well, as a 30-something, it still didn't disappoint.

But, this time I wasn't waiting for my thrill ride on "the egg" or just standing around with friends.

This time I was in full mom mode, just wanting the kiddos to have fun like I did years ago.

I think I succeeded in doing so!

They got their fair share of rides, games, prizes and treats!
