Ship on the Pond

We've been having a great time in Kansas with family, thus the lack of posts.

One of my boys favorite activities has been riding on the Miller's boat on the lake.

The first day when we met up with Eddie pulling the boat with his truck Henry walked up to his uncle and asked, "Can I drive your ship in that pond?". Well, he got his wish. Uncle Eddie let him drive that ship to the sandy beach.

The kids played and mommy sat in a lawn chair and cringed at the sand between her toes and inside her Twizzlers bag.

Then we had to do an emergency escape and head back to the dock because a severe thunderstorm was on it's way. So, the Millers invited us out for a 2nd ride the following day so that Henry could get his other wish....a tube ride.

Henry tubed with Kenzie and even gave the thumbs up symbol a few times during his ride, requesting that Eddie speed up. He also wanted to ride alone. He was the little dare devil.

Angie, my sister, asked James if he wanted to tube and he shocked us with a positive response,

so James tubed as well.

Thanks Millers for a wonderful time that my boys won't soon forget!
