Preston told me the other day...
"We are no longer playing man to man, we now have to play zone defense".
I guess that's true with three,
although I usually say, "You get the boys. I'll take her."
I must say that my boys are doing extremely well with the new addition.
Henry has declared that pink will be her favorite color because "girls love pink".
He is always hunting for "Stelly Belly" and is extremely grossed out by her umbilical stump.
When she cries in the car he begins singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".
Every time a friend comes over he asks me, "Can I show him Stella?".
He's a proud big brother.
James loves his baby sister too.
He mostly loves trying to be a big helper.
Sometimes his "helping" is really helpful like when he takes her poopy diapers outside.
Sometimes his "helping" isn't so helpful like when he thinks she needs a pacifier and shoves it down her throat.
He calls her "Sella" and knows that she only drinks "Mommy's milk".
He's only asked me to put her down a few times, so that he can climb up on my lap for some loves.
He's a work-in-progress big brother, but he's catching on pretty quickly.
I love my three little ones, and I hope they grow up to be the best of friends.

if you get stella and he gets the boys, i'd say you have the easier end of the deal!
