We came home from the hospital 2 days after Stella was born.
It made for a nice place of refuge, but she was ready to go home and be with her brothers.
We spent the morning packing up, snuggling and trying out the new car seat
before ditching the confines of room 4221.
Daddy came to get us, and he had to have some Stella-snuggle time before we left.
Mommy took a turn too...
We stopped for lunch on the way home and Stella was an angel.
She just slept in her car seat and enjoyed her first car ride.
Once we were home we were greeted with a cute "Welcome Home Stella" sign and balloons (which I failed to photograph) that were made by Henry, James, Aunt Janelle and Cousin Davis.
All the little ones couldn't wait to see her, hold her and ask lots of questions about her.
James asked me when I was going back to the doctor (aka: the hospital).
Henry began giving her toys and talking to her, expecting a response.
All in all they have adapted well and love their baby sister.
It's good to all be home together.

PS - I see a small part of what looks to be a GREAT storage shelf in the last pic. Details please...
It is a great storage shelf. It's made by Kid Kraft Furniture, and we bought it at Costco last year for $99.
