Henry woke up before 7am on Christmas morning, but we knew James wouldn't be up for at least an hour. So, we let Henry open one gift from us under the tree, and Preston and Henry played the new gift, Chutes and Ladders...
....while I finished our Christmas breakfast (these Cinnamon rolls and this egg casserole....they were delicious!)
Then James was up, we ate breakfast and rushed downstairs to find....
Henry ran to his Batman House and was shouting for joy (it was just what he asked for)...
James went straight for his stocking and pulled it over to Daddy for help...
We just basked in the goodies for a few hours, cleaned up packaging, assembled gifts, and took some pictures.
Henry's favorite (thanks, Santa!)...
James favorite (thanks, Xander!)..
Even Grandma and Grandpa Lund delivered, despite the distance...
Mommy with her "favorite gifts"...
A family Christmas shot....can you pick out the Grinch?...
Grandma and Grandpa Pond paid us a visit, complete with copious amounts of gifts (including the apron Preston is sporting above)! We played and ate and played and ate, until we were all pooped...
James fell asleep while taking a spin on his new sit and spin.
I'm just glad Christmas was on a Friday this year because that meant we had 2 days to recoop and undecorate and play.
Until next year...
