Refreshing
My Mother-in-law emailed this delicious Brazilian Limeade recipe to me. We tried it last night, and it gets 2 thumbs up from us. It's amazing.
3 limes
3 T sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C sugar
3 C water
Wash the limes. Cut off just the ends (do not peel). Slice the limes into wedges. Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until creamy. Do not blend too long or it will become bitter. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer. Serve over ice.
It makes 2 large glasses (one for you and one for me).
We will be having it again tonight and adding some raspberries. I can't wait.
