Well, we were able to "sail away and spend the day" at Lagoon on Friday. It was Preston's summer work party which meant free admission, free parking and free food. The day started off with just Henry and I riding the big rides while Preston worked and James was babysat. It was so much fun to go on a little "date" with my oldest. It's so easy to go places with just one child! He's getting so big, and we just ran from ride to ride. I was getting hungry by 2pm, but Henry just kept saying, "we can eat when we get home". I let him live it up, and we stopped for a much-needed lunch on the way home.

It all made for a great summer day!

So fun! We are bad parents who have never taken our kids to Lagoon, but they have been to Disneyland twice so I hope that counts for something. We missed you and Pam a couple of weeks ago. I am going to be out of town for the next couple of weeks but maybe we can get together later.
That looks like so much fun!!! I love seeing the huge smiles on Henry & James' faces!!! As the commercial says, "its what fun is." I am glad you had a good time!

Looks like a fun day. I know what you mean about getting that song stuck in your head. I am glad you got everything for free...Lagoon can be such a rip off.
