Here he is that first night, walking down the hall between Mommy and Daddy. His walk is a little wild...he has a slight sway of the leg and twist of the hip, but it's cute nonetheless.
He'd walk to me, then turn around and head back to Daddy...
Then they would celebrate with a big, group hug. 
We may have overreacted to such an event, but this has been a LONG time coming!Way to walk, Jamers! Enjoy your newfound freedom! I'm sure enjoying it...you were getting a little heavy.

Aww, yay, James! Mason just started walking too. He takes 8ish steps at a time and I overreact EVERY time! :)

I love these pictures, setting records just like his cousins, Im so sad Im missing these first steps, still in a little disbelief, only missed it by a week.

Yay for James! Caylee was much happier when she discovered how to walk. I bet your glad that he's walking now that you don't have to carry him as much anymore;)
I feel your pain my almost 30 pounder waited until 16 months too. I think my back is finally recovering.
