James is officially a sitter! It took him 2 months longer than his older brother to master the task, but we can blame it on the fat rolls and the fact that every time I attempt to sit him up, Henry knocks him down. But that's okay, he beat the odds.And ya know what sitting means?....it means we can now go on brotherly wagon rides! The first ride was on Saturday, and the instant I buckled James in he had a huge grin on his face.
I pulled them all around the neighborhood and kept glancing back to check and make sure James was still aboard. Towards the end, one of my glances found him bent over in half in the wagon. I ran to his aid but found him grabbing his toes and laughing. He kept at it until Henry decided that a folded over James made for a great footstool. That's when the happy wagon ride came to a close.

i am laughing over the "foot stool" that is too funny! He does look So big in these pictures!! Before you know it he will be crawling!!!! Or he will skip crawling to walking to chase his big brother around!!
i just want to gobble that james up.
Those wagons are so nice!! Ours gets a lot of use. I just wish it wasn't so easy for Lily to poke Owen in the face while they are riding together.
I can't believe how different James and Henry look! Very cute!Can't wait to see what my next one will look like!
