toe-tally disgusting!

While playing at a neighbor's house, Henry took a brick to the toe. I've never seen him cry like he did for 30 minutes solid after. He was shrieking, cringing, flailing his body around and pretty much uncontrollable. I felt helpless, but a wise neighbor came bearing Tylenol and a pacifier (thank you, my friend). Henry remained upset about it for about an hour on and off, took a nap, and woke up telling me "it okay". He hasn't mentioned it since but pretty soon his toenail will be falling off, and I'm not sure how he'll feel about that. It hurts me just looking at it.

Ouch! That looks awful! Kaci gets a lot of boo-boos on her toes too. Only lost 1 nail so far though :) Guess she'll never be a toe model :(

Poor Henry! It makes me cringe just looking at the picture. Losing toenails isn't a big deal. Every time it has happened to me, it actually feels better after it falls off. It only stinks because it takes forever to grow back. But, I'm sure Henry isn't too worried about having beautiful toes!

That is the most painful thing I have ever seen. Yikes! Poor guy! I can't even imagine!

Also I am impressed with your running skills! I could never run 10 miles!

Oh Wow, I'm really surprised and happy it didn't break his toe, and I would imagine anyone would be shrieking and crying uncontrollably for a long time over this. Glad a tylenol and binky helped! Kind of think I would listen to a lot less crying had I not taken binkies away from my babies at 5 months! No one told me this.
