well, it's a done deal. we have been negotiating a house in layton, utah, and we got it! we're finally going to live in our own HOUSE!!!! of course we have to make sure everything from here on out goes smooth, but we are planning to be living there by september. i love the house (what i've seen of it), love the price (house prices in utah are terrible right now), but most of all LOVE the location (we'll be 6 houses away from my best friend pam!!!). we are very excited! keep your fingers crossed that all goes well!
some details....2001 rambler, 1/4 acre, 5 bedrooms (3 up, 2 down), 3 bathrooms (2 up, 1 down), large and open great room, knotty alder cabinets, tile floors, and a walkout basement. a lot of the walls are painted in great colors, but the pink bedroom will definitely have to go. the nice thing is the house is ready to move in....all finished, all landscaped...just waiting for us!!!!

wow, what a great house. sorry my camera doesn't take very good pictures, so you really can't see just how cool the backyard is. i'll get try to take some more this weekend.
Congrats! That is so exciting to be buying your own house...and it makes it even more fun that you will be by Pam! The pictures look great, I bet you just can't wait for September! I hope that everything goes smooth from here on out!
Yeah, it is beautiful. I am jealous of the yard. I own a lot of green, but it is just green weeds! Can't wait to see it.
